At Indian Luxury Vault, we take pride in curating premium, authenticated pre-owned luxury watches, bags, and automobiles. Every piece is carefully inspected, documented, and securely packaged to ensure a seamless experience from our vault to your hands.

If, however, you face any issue upon receiving your order, our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and secure.


1. Return Eligibility — 7 Days

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Unused, unworn, and without signs of wear

  • With all original accessories, tags, certificates, and packaging

  • Supported by a mandatory unboxing video, clearly showing the package being opened for the first time

Because we deal in high-value luxury goods, this video is essential for authentication and claim validation.


2. How to Request a Return

Our support operates Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will confirm whether the return is approved and provide the return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Fee

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹1000 is charged for all eligible returns.
This fee is borne by the customer and deducted from the final refund amount (if not prepaid separately).


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing accessories

  • Physically compromised

Please contact us immediately with your unboxing video.
Our team will evaluate the issue and ensure the matter is resolved promptly.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only in cases where:

  • The item received is wrong

  • The item arrives damaged

An unboxing video is compulsory for all exchange requests.
For preference-based or buyer’s remorse reasons, exchanges are not offered.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or

  • For COD orders, refunds are processed to the customer’s bank account

Refund timeline: within 7 business days from approval.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the amount.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of luxury goods and authentication standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Items showing wear, use, or tampering

  • Missing accessories, certificates, or original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Bulk/wholesale orders

  • Any item not approved by our support team prior to return shipping


8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order before the order is shipped.

Cancellations can be requested via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp or phone

Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.
