This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through www.indianluxuryvault.com (“Website”). By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”, “You”) agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently provide delivery within India only.
International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of successful payment or COD verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Partners
We use trusted logistic partners, including:
BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, and EcomExpress.
4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time for most locations: 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Indian Luxury Vault shall not be held liable for delays attributable to courier partners or external factors.

5. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders valued above ₹10,000.

Orders below ₹10,000 may attract standard delivery charges as displayed during checkout.
6. Tracking of Shipment

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp registered at the time of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available without additional charges.

All COD orders must be verified via phone call or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled if the Buyer fails to respond to the verification request.
8. Inspection & Unboxing Requirement
To maintain product authenticity and security:

Buyers must record an unboxing video before opening the package completely.

This video will be required for any claim related to damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
9. Failed Deliveries
An order may be marked as failed if:

The delivery address provided is incorrect/incomplete.

The Buyer refuses to accept delivery.

The Buyer is unavailable.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
10. Delivery of Pre-Owned Luxury Products
As we deal in pre-owned authenticated luxury products (watches, bags & cars):

Minor signs of use may be present and are considered acceptable unless stated otherwise.

The Buyer acknowledges that pre-owned items are delivered as-is, with transparency on condition and price.
11. Shipping for Automobiles (Cars)
Where applicable:

Delivery or pickup terms for automobiles shall be mutually decided and documented separately.

Logistics or transportation charges shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
