To use certain parts of our Service, you may need to provide accurate and complete information such as your name, email, payment details, billing and delivery address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You must not transfer or share your account with others.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell pre-owned authentic luxury watches, bags, and cars. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate images, colors, condition reports, and product descriptions. However, variations may occur due to device display, brightness settings, lighting, cosmetic differences, and natural wear expected in pre-owned items.
We do not guarantee that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations based solely on online representation. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our discretion, without prior notice. We may limit sale quantities or restrict sales to certain buyers, jurisdictions, or locations within India.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment processing (except verified Cash on Delivery) and confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or modify any order due to payment failure, product unavailability, error, or suspicion of fraudulent intent.
❗ COD Policy: Cash on Delivery orders require mandatory verification via call or WhatsApp. Orders not verified may be cancelled automatically.
Your purchases are strictly for personal use and not for resale, export, or commercial distribution. All purchases are governed by our Refund/Return Policy, available on our website.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. Unless mentioned otherwise, prices exclude GST (if applicable), shipping charges, or other taxes.
You agree to provide accurate and current payment details and authorize us to process the transaction through our payment gateway partners (such as PhonePe). You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship only within India through our trusted courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress). Once an order is dispatched, risk and ownership transfer to the customer.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days, excluding processing time (1–2 working days). Delays may occur due to courier operations, festivals, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, product photos, text, layout, videos, graphics, designs, trademarks, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Indian Luxury Vault and/or respective licensors. Use of our content for commercial purposes, reproduction, modification, distribution, sale, public display, or derivative works without our written consent is strictly prohibited under Indian IP laws.
“Indian Luxury Vault” and related logos are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use may attract legal action.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer access to third-party tools or services which are not operated or monitored by us. These tools are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own discretion, and you must review the third party’s terms separately.

Third-party links may be provided for convenience or additional information. We do not control or endorse such websites and are not responsible for their content, purchases, or policies. You must review their terms before engaging.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Indian Luxury Vault uses Shopify as a technology provider to operate this online store. Shopify enables payment processing, hosting, and store functionality. All purchases, warranties, product authenticity claims, returns, and disputes related to your orders are strictly between you and Indian Luxury Vault, not Shopify. By using our Service, you acknowledge that Shopify has no involvement or liability in any product or transaction conducted on this website.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because this store is hosted by Shopify, certain data may also be processed by Shopify under its own privacy rules. By using our Service, you agree to both policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any reviews, suggestions, or feedback submitted may be used by us for promotional, marketing, or operational purposes, without obligation to provide compensation. You represent that your feedback is lawful and does not infringe rights of others.

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Indian Luxury Vault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including monetary loss, delivery delays, data loss, or dissatisfaction due to perception of product condition. Our liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by you.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and defend Indian Luxury Vault from claims arising due to misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or breach of laws.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable under law, the remainder shall continue in effect.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Indian Luxury Vault.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Headings are for convenience and do not limit interpretation.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update or amend these Terms at any time, and changes become effective when posted. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
